Facilities Design Consulting Planner for research lab/hospital building design and constructions. I have over twenty years experience on many design teams for a wide range of research laboratory types, medical hospital facilities and pharmaceutical laboratories.

As a planing consultant working for architects, responsibilities include guiding the architect with programming phases and lead the design team for basis of design and provide full services for schematic design, design development, construction documentation and constructions administration project phases to close out.  Responsible for design process/phases team coordination providing full document services for management including lab/hospital equipment planning for the prime architect of record or facilities management team or both as needed.  I have access to all local and world-wide known equipment vendors.  Other services can be broken up into individual tasks as listed below if full services are not needed such as peer review/overseeing, room data collection, full equipment planning services or laboratory specification working for casework, equipment, fixtures or controlled environmental room modular assemblies.
